What happens to the information you send through this website.

What is collected
Only what you type into the coaching application: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, age, Instagram handle, training background, the numbers you choose to share, your goals, the service you are interested in and any notes you add.
Nothing else is collected. This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics profiling.
How it is used
- To review your application and decide whether coaching is a fit.
- To contact you about it — normally on the WhatsApp number you provide.
- To write and adjust your programming if you become an athlete.
Your information is never sold, rented or shared for marketing purposes.
Where it is stored
Applications are transmitted over HTTPS and stored on the hosting account of this website and/or delivered to Douglas by email or a connected tool used to manage applications. Access is limited to Douglas.
WhatsApp and Instagram
Conversations you start on WhatsApp or Instagram are handled inside those platforms and are also subject to their own privacy policies. Instagram content shown on this site is loaded through official Instagram interfaces; no personal data of yours is sent to Instagram by browsing this website.
Fonts
Typography is served by Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers when the page loads.
Retention
Applications are kept while they are relevant to coaching. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to Douglas on WhatsApp at +506 8841 7030.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 14. Minors should apply only with a parent or guardian involved.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page.
